International work Customer Information Manager In 2001 the world-renowned agricultural machinery manufacturer Fendt in Marktoberdorf assigned tdb with the development of the Customer Information Manager.
All customer and vehicle specifications are stored in a central database and so are at the disposal of the indoor and field service. Both the marketing department and the divisions complaints and guarantee used this Tool. Even after the takeover of Fendt by the big American concern AGCO (http://agcocorp.com/) the tdb web application stood its ground as the better solution. It was decided to use the Customer Information Manager in all brands of the AGCO group. Hermann Götz organized the introduction of the software into the countries Italy, France and England for the brands Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Challenger and AGChem.
This task contained the presentation of the software, the stocktaking of the existing databases as well as the migration of the data into the Customer Information Manager, "training the trainers" in the respective countries as well as managing the interfaces with the existing host systems of the different brands. |
